RESERVATION PROCESS 4.1 Through the APP and / or Website, Mallorca Taxi provides the Customer with a vehicle reservation service with a driver ("Service"). The APP and / or Website, provide the Client with access to content, information and data provided by the Client in relation to the Service. WAITING TIME AT THE ADDRESS / HOTEL OF THE CUSTOMER 8.1 The courtesy wait time at the address indicated by the client is 15 minutes. 8.2 The Client and the Passenger (s) and any luggage or personal items will be ready for transportation at the time stipulated by the Client when the Reservation is made. 8.3 Mallorca Taxi will allow a maximum of 15 minutes of free waiting or loading time when picking up passengers at one address. CHAIRS FOR CHILDREN In Mallorca Taxi we respect the law.
